Green Valley Covenents

The Green Valley Architectural Review Committee (ARC) receives, reviews, processes, and completes Architectural Review Requests from property owners. Property owners are encouraged to submit a request form for approval well in advance of any planned work. These are typically processed within 30 days unless additional details are needed. In accordance with Green Valley Restrictive Covenants, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must approve ANY exterior modifications to your home or property, including but not limited to:

• Modifications or additions to existing structures, including driveways
• Modifications to architectural detail
• Changes in paint color for any element (doors, windows, shutters, eaves, walls, etc.)
• Adding or removing any permanent or semi-permanent structures to the property (walls, fences, playgrounds, pools, tennis courts, etc.)
• Significant changes to existing landscape (grading, mature tree or bush removal, installation projects, play areas, etc.)
• Building a new house or structure
